Some little girls from the Lutheran elementary school in Martin drew this Apple for you. The drawing arose from Vitamin Week, during which the children enjoyed a fruit for a snack every day. From Monday to Friday, the children’s bags contained apples, bananas, plums, pears, or oranges.
The girls called their drawing “Nice apple”. The story about this apple is really cute and funny (we translated their story in literal translation, coppying the grammar of the little girls):
”It was time when on apple tree was a nice apple. When the apple was born was long time ago. Once from the bud is made a twigs and later the apple. Apple was eaten. Apples felt good in the belly.”
Dear Lutheran School Girls,
Thank you for the beautiful apple. Fruit is my favorite food. We have apple trees on our land and we have many apples that Mr. Johnson picks and keeps in a special room in our basement for the whole winter. We have enough apples for 7 months or more. We know these apples are a beautiful blessing from God.
Thank you, again, for your beautiful art work.
Mr. and Mrs. Johnson
