Independence Day with fishing <><

Independence Day is celebrated in honor of the declaration of the independence from the United Kingdom. In USA it is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, family reunions, and political speeches and ceremonies, in addition to various other public and private events celebrating the history, government, and traditions. This day is national holiday in the United States. We, in Slovakia, can understand this. Therefore we prepared for our friends something really special – Independence Day with fishing☺.

US teams from Fargo, ND and St. Andrews Church, MN did a great job. They caught something around one hundred fish. Although, some of Slovaks helped them ☺. It was a great surprise for everybody, because our American friends didn´t know where were they going and what they would do. Thanks be to God for Special Independence Day, this year in Slovak version.
